The Hub Business Awards - 2008

Sponsored by Unlocking Cornish Potential, Combined Universities in Cornwall and Business Link

The Hub Awards are now open and we're calling for nominations and applications in five categories - Entrepreneur of the Year, Employee of the Year, Best Business Start Up, Eco hero and Innovator of the Year. A sixth award for Contribution for the Hub will be nominated and awarded by the Hub Committee.

While we're still celebrating the best of Cornwall's young and dynamic businesses, we've opened up the criteria this year and four of the six awards are open to all age groups. Entrepreneur of the Year and Employee of the Year are both for people under 30.

What with Hubbers being a modest bunch, we're calling for all our members to apply, or nominate a colleague, friend or boss who is doing amazing things in Cornwall.

Please download and fill out the application forms on the right. Once complete please email to info@cornwallhub.org, closing date is September 30 at 5pm.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to give a short presentation to the panel of judges on October 22, from 4pm. Winners will then be announced at the ceremony on Thursday November 27 at the Atlantic Hotel, Newquay, supported by our sponsors UCP, CUC and Business Link.

Good luck and get nominating!
